HRSA has three new tools to better prepare women for the changes associated with pregnancy and motherhood and to promote maternal wellness.

It is the third set developed under the Bright Futures for Women’s Health and Wellness Initiative.  There are other sets on physical activity and healthy eating, a healthy communities toolkit, and a guide to emotional health  There are also resources on depression during and after pregnancy.
