Chronic Disease Epidemiologist

The Chronic Disease & Mgmt Control Branch has an opening for a part-time Chronic Disease Epidemiologist. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance regarding survey instrument design, development of analysis plan, analysis and interpretation of data, and program evaluation strategies. The position will also design and conduct research studies, support grant development and provide guidance regarding health profiles and other information to support Branch initiatives.

Preferred qualifications are a master’s degree in epidemiology, public health, or related field and experience in epidemiological analysis and surveillance activities. 

Exempt, non-civil service.
