Announcing the March of Dimes Hawaii Chapter 2008 Community Grants Request for Proposals

Please note the new 2-part submission process:
An original application with all required signatures and attachments must be postmarked (or hand-delivered to the Chapter Office by September 10, 2006

Applicants must also submit one of the following:
6 paper copies of the complete application – submitted with the original;
a CD containing the complete application – submitted with the original; OR
an electronic version of the application, with all required forms included, e-mailed by September 10, 2006 to: cbrunn@marchofdimes.com. Please use “2007 Chapter Grant Application on the subject line.
