An open seminar where we will share the local resources available for families in Hawaii living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS is also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Seminar highlights:

• Become empowered and discover how to navigate and participate in your health care decisions (financial, legal and insurance issues)
• Unique opportunity to ask candid questions of MDA clinic staff and MDA health care services coordinator
• Demonstrations from medical vendors, equipment providers and therapists
