5. Behavioral health - Increasing access to case management services and community based supports (e.g. clubhouses, peer support, shelters, respite centers, etc.) for adults w/ severe behavioral health issues. Aligns w/ DOH/AMHD/ADAP and Medquest.

6. Workforce development and training for public health professionals

7. Increased access to primary health care services in rural areas and/or underserved populations

8. Improved access to mental health services

9. Access to healthy foods and increased physical activity (to include built environments)

10. Mental health services and access
